Rio Crush is built as a deliberately lightweight experience. We do not ask you to create a profile, we do not build behavioral profiles, and we do not operate advertising or analytics tracking systems that follow you across other applications or websites. By installing or continuing to use Rio Crush, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with them, you are free to stop using the application and uninstall it at any time.

Information is kept only for as long as it is needed to serve the purposes described in this policy. Once that need disappears, the information is deleted or anonymized. Where a longer storage period is mandated or permitted by law — for example, to satisfy regulatory or accounting requirements — we retain the relevant data only for that extended period and only for that specific reason.

We apply administrative, technical and organizational safeguards that are commercially reasonable and proportionate to the sensitivity of the information involved. These measures are designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse.

Rio Crush is not intended for individuals below the age of 16, which is the age of digital consent applied to this application. We do not knowingly gather personally identifiable information from children under that age.

10Google Play Disclosure
Rio Crush is distributed through Google Play. Our data practices are structured to align with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and the Google Play User Data Policy, including the expectation that collection, use and sharing of data are disclosed transparently to users.
In line with those requirements, we confirm that the application does not engage in cross-app tracking, does not use advertising identifiers for profiling, and does not collect precise location data.
11Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application, in applicable law or in our practices. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page and the effective date shown at the top will be adjusted accordingly.
